I honestly can’t recommend Love Street Vets highly enough. From the very first appointment right through to the most heartbreaking day when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, the care they showed was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Every single member of the team treated our dog like their own. They were patient, gentle, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Through all the check-ups, treatments, and support along the way, we always felt reassured that our dog was in the very best hands. When the time came to say goodbye, they handled everything with such compassion and dignity. They gave us the space, kindness, and understanding we needed during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Their empathy meant the world to us and made an incredibly painful day just that little bit easier to bear. Professional, caring, and genuinely devoted to the animals they look after — without question the best vets around. Thank you for everything you did for our dog and for us. 💙

Kerry the owner is awful, rude and uncompassionate. My partner phoned every day from monday to friday trying to get our ferret seen to. Kerry then proceeded to send a rude email to my partner after he tried again to speak to a receptionist. The receptionist are untrained. My ferret was having seizures and they still never saw him and then refused knowledge of this. I managed to get an immediate appointment with another vet with insurance. Its really uncomfortable to know Kerry could of done something but she cares more about money than the animals supposed to be in her care. Don't waste your time or heartbreak

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this vet. They put me in the position where if I didn't give them £2000+ immediately, they weren't going to treat my cat. I had been with this vet for three years. I begged for a payment plan, or a bit of time to come up with the money, but they said no. They were not understanding or compassionate in the slightest. My cat ended up getting put down. I was hysterical. They made me feel like I had no options. Pressured me to come up with the money on the spot. They let me pay the cremation fee a week later, but didn't give me the same option for treatment fees? Disgusting. I was on my own at the time, my cat was screaming. They were heartless and cruel. I am only now mentally in a place to talk about the experience, as this happened 5 months ago. You should be ashamed!!! Perhaps your vets, that get paid a lot of money, have thousands sitting in the bank, but most ordinary people don't. I will never stop telling everyone I can about how bad this vet is. Unless you're a very wealthy person, DO NOT GO TO THIS VET.
