Incredibly kind staff who assessed my hamster promptly and prescribed me the necessary medication. Clean and comfortable facility, with more than reasonable prices.

A few years ago I lost my beloved Akita Roxy, and I was very angry at the world and swore I'd never come into Allans again as it held too many sad memories. Since getting my second Akita, we've been attending Allans and they have been amazing. He absolutely adores the girls at the desk, he's certainly very sassy and chatty with the vets but he loves coming in to Allans and has done since he was a tiny 7 week old puppy. They are always there for advice and guidance and recently my collie got into some of my akitas puppy vitamins and ate 90 tablets, Allans took her in and cared for her and when I picked her up she didn't want to leave them lol. They are a great vet, and the girls at the desk are so kind and helpful, they will really try to accommodate you as best they can.

Extremely disappointed. A visit for a broken nail turned into a life-threatening allergic reaction after my dog got an antibiotic injection. He had swelling, trouble breathing, vomiting, diarrhea, and severe distress, and the clinic failed to respond appropriately. My son reported it, but we were told sedation at extra cost was needed before any check. I had to treat him at home myself. No refund was given, and we were charged extra for a problem they caused. Terrifying experience—I cannot trust this clinic.
