It is with regret that I write this review. My dogs have been cared for by this Vet practice for nearly 10 years. This practice hold all the dogs med records and have been caring for them for a long time. Recently, I needed help and requested a home visit as my older dog no longer travelled well. I was very happy to cover all the costs including mileage only to be told NO. NO home visit was possible as I lived outwith the catchment area. There was no negotiation or compassion shown. This was very upsetting as after all these years the policies of this company took priority over the health and wellbeing of my dog. Very disappointing and upsetting.
