Our 18-year-old family dog, who wasn’t registered with Allen & Briggs and Turner Veterinary Surgeons at the time, was sadly at the end of her life. We phoned to see if they would kindly take her in for euthanasia, not expecting they would be able to as she wasn’t registered, but they very kindly said they would. When we arrived, we were seen straight away. The whole process from start to finish was 5⭐️ — there was no rushing and no pressure at all. They truly care about the animals and always put their welfare first. They even gave us some of her fur in a little sentimental glass keepsake along with a paw print, which meant so much to us. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time a little bit easier ❤️

Very disappointing experience. At my kitten’s initial health check, a case of ear mites was missed, which was concerning as a new pet owner relying on professional advice. At a later vaccination appointment, the vet’s manner was abrasive and unprofessional, with little communication or reassurance. Overall, I found the practice to have poor customer service, inadequate communication, and a lack of care and support for new pet owners. I have no confidence in the standard of service and would not recommend this practice.
