So much compassion and care shown today when we said goodbye to our boy. They brought out a beautiful fleece for him to lie on, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye, stayed with us while he passed. We cannot recommend all pets vets enough. Thank you all for your care shown to our baby.

Cannot praise Richard and the Vet team at All Pets Vets highly enough. After years of bi monthly vet trips at my old place in Yorkshire, and thousands of pounds spent trying to keep my cat Biba healthy who was diagnosed with chronic conditions that would always need treatment, Richard looked into the history, did CT scans and showed me the scans and what he thought was causing the issues. He then gave me an option to perform a surgery on Biba to try resolve. He was clear on costs and I appreciated this openness. Biba had surgery in August, it was an invasive procedure to get into the ear behind her ear drums and remove a lot of built up material that shouldn't have been there. I was told of the possible problems such as Biba could have had a wonky head or other issues as nerves can be damaged during the operation. Biba was able to come home the same day. She recovered well and over the following 4 weeks I needed to take her back several times to be checked, her appetite had reduced and her third eyelid had drawn across her left eye and sometimes her drinking wasn't OK, she lost a bit of weight. All this was only whilst the nerves settled down following the op and I was reassured. Over time, all these things have resolved. Biba went to cattery in September whilst I was away and there she got her appetite fully back. She has no issues at present and is a very happy puss, and I'm hopeful that as a result of the operation success, she may be able to come off the steroids she has needed for 4 years. During the post operative time, Richard made himself available even whilst away, to ensure that Biba was doing OK and that I had any concerns addressed. In his absence Beth and the teams at both Rhyl and Prestatyn were fabulous, caring, professional and knowledgeable and quick to respond to any worries regarding Biba's progress. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to choose this vet practice over the others local to me. Biba needed to be seen by Richard and has 100% benefited from his Knowledge, surgical skills and pragmatic approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice. We have been lucky to find All Pets Vets. Thanks all!
