Love Animal Choice! . Not the most up to date place but more than makes up for it with amazing staff lead by Anurag and his team . So knowledgable and kind . No wonder reception is full of thank you notes !

I moved my animals to Animal Choice four years ago after my previous vet practice was taken over. I couldn’t be more delighted with them. My dog is a frequent flyer due to allergies and she absolutely bounds up the steps every time thanks to the canny deployment of treats by the reception team! Natalia, Ida and all the vets are so talented and kind - and amazing at giving injections that my dog can barely feel, a real skill - and gave her a cuddle pause when she was stressed by the possibility of needles during her vaccinations. As you can see, she relaxed very soon! Everyone really cares for animals and is given the space to care, which sadly isn’t always the case. The reception team are welcoming and thoughtful, and it is such a help that they will file regular treatments to your insurer. They were also so kind when I had to put one of my cats to sleep and recommended an locum who could come and put her down at home as they knew how stressed she got on leaving the house. It made a horrible time that bit easier. Animal Choice has seen my animals through operations big and small, and they are just the best. It’s also in a really lovely building so feels a bit like you’re taking your cat to a chichi cottage kindergarten rather than for something as prosaic as their annual jabs!

Such a lovely place. My cat had an infection, Ive got a baby and toddler at home so no chance I could take him in. I called and spoke to the lovely receptionist who told me she would speak to a vet. A home visit was arranged within the hour. My cats were seen by the lovely vet Natalia. She prescribed antibiotics and gave them an injection and weighted them at home. I was really impressed with the home visit service. Would reccommend this place.
