Always thought animed were the best as regarded them in the highest esteem as they have always been fantastic with all of my dogs I've had and still have. But unfortunately my opinion has now changed as always had all 5 of my docs looked at at the same time in one appointment block whether by the vet or the nurse for their healthy pet checks. But phoned to book them all in as usual but now I'm told they can't see all 5 if my dogs at once as it takes up to much of there time and I now need to split them and make two appointments which I'm far from happy about as that's basically four trips of 10 miles at a time and extra costs on my diesel bill. So it now seems that animed care more about making money than actually the care of the animals they see. So very disappointed in animed as I can't see what the difference is whether you take in 1 dog or 5 as they are still getting paid by healthy pet club. Obviously it's not as much as paying on every visit.
