  I had a great Consult with Jade, she has a wealth of knowledge about bunnies and spent a lot of time with our two. I was delighted with the way she fed back what was wrong and needed to be put in place to make our bunnies well. Jade was easy to talk to and went above and beyond to help Buster and Jazzy. I was so grateful for her advice and help. Jade definitely gave as much help as she could and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you Jade you were brilliant! 🐰🐰😘

  An absolute shower of a mess this place used to be brilliant, this place used to be the place to go but now, Jane on reception is a robotic drone, with no emotion and or feelings. Nor do she have the humanitarian skills to be on reception. We missed 2 apps, granted. Thats absolutely fair and thats our fault but as explained due to a family emergency and Jane, just doesn't give a monkies. We've put all of our business their way and thought we would again, nope. They remain just as rubbish as ever.

  I've been with Bellevue for a few years now after being unhappy with my previous vets and Bellevue are excellent. They treat my cat Martha so well, are so friendly, understanding and they were so good at helping Martha when she was unwell. They found what was wrong with her, explained it well, sorted out her treatment and she's so much happier now.
