We only book in with Jess now as she deals with him in the best way possible, quickly, efficiently and helping Opie to feel more at ease with the situation and her. She is a real credit to your surgery!!

I love when Sariah is on reception ( local lass) not only cares for my pets, but always has time for the owners, shows such genuine empathy with every situation, never judgmental. If you are reading this review am speaking from my heart my best friend and companion for 13 years past away this evening Leo was one in a million kind of Dog I ended taking him to Bishopton Veterinary group at Pateleybridge after been with one of these big corporate vets well to cut a long story short the care and compassion that Leo and I received was second to none in his final Days I would highly recommend this veterinary practice and I would like to thank all the staff at Pateleybridge and Ripon for everything they did for Leo.
