My dog was castrated today and I’m extremely pleased with the care he received. A massive thank you to Charlotte, who carried out the procedure, Lucy D, who handled the anaesthetic and Lucy H was fantastic at advising me and looking after my dog throughout the day. The whole team were kind, attentive, and clearly care deeply about the animals they treat. Thank you all for making a potentially stressful day such a positive experience. Highly recommend.

I'd just like to thank you all for how wonderful and compassionate you were when we came in with our very poorly hamster. You were so kind to me and my very sad 9 year old son (actually we were both very sad). Eleanor gave us space and time to say goodbye and was so patient explaining everything to my son. Her words of encouragement about how well he'd looked after her and how well she'd done to get to such a good age was exactly what he needed to hear and he went away feeling so much better about the sad, but inevitable outcome of our visit. The flowers were also a lovely touch which really meant the world. Thank you so much to Eleanor and all the staff working that Friday evening, you were fantastic.
