Amazing people, amazing service. My 19 year old cat passed away so we called to inquire about cremation. They were amazing from start to finish, so understanding, so empathetic, i couldn't praise them more. Thank you all.

2 months agoPoor continuity even for a charity (as I was rudely reminded when questioning why they ask what a reoccurring problem is). Made me think twice about getting a pet before I can afford to take them to a proper vets. Bare bones service despite some dedicated staff members, others not so much.

3 months agoThe vets, nurses and receptionist were pure magic. Not only did they gently manage my expectations but were understanding about how stressed I was and did all they could for Mazda-Simba. Thank you for healing him and getting him home 4 Christmas! He is doing well and it is a joy to see him out of pain and danger zone
