They are very knowledgeable and always take the time to explain everything clearly, which is so reassuring as a pet owner. During difficult times when a pet is unwell, they show genuine empathy and compassion, which means a lot. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Graham, vet at CARIAD VETS GORSEINON. Knowing my little shitsu will need lifelong care and medication is a lot to take in, but your compassion and care has made such a difference. What an amazing compassionate friendly team. We've had a few vets over a 40 year period and Cariad vets are by far the best. From when you walk in the receptionist is lovely and helpful to the advice and care from the nurses and vets.
