  Neutered our kitten a few weeks ago. The doctors are really professional, kind and welcoming. They did everything so careful, tiny stitches which are almost invisible, healed without any problems. Kitten did not have any problems after anesthesia, they told us to leave him there until around 4 pm (the surgery was around 10-11). As soon as we picked him up, he was already fine, clingy and happy. No pain, no stress. They also always helped us with any other problems such as flea treatment and consultations where they ruled out the problem and provided the immediate treatment. They have very convenient online booking system and they do not have appointments days aways like other clinics. And on top there are no dogs so no stress for your fluffy puffs :) If you looking for a place where your cat will be treated with care, this is the right place.

  Thank you so much to the entire team for always helping us in emergencies and arranging appointments as quickly as possible 💜. A special thank you to Richard, who is an outstanding professional. We recently moved our two cats from another well-known vet clinic in Swansea, and it was absolutely the right decision. Here, the team clearly has a much deeper understanding of cats. It is reassuring to be able to speak with the same people consistently, and every member of staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. My cat Penny had been suffering from itchy ears/ body for several months. We visited our previous clinic multiple times and were told it was something ongoing and that it might never fully resolve. No one identified the underlying cause. However, as soon as we came here, the issue was quickly diagnosed. Since starting the treatment three months ago, my cat has had no further ear/ body itchiness at all. Also, the prices are much more affordable than our previous vet, and the level of knowledge and professionalism is exceptional. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough 💜

  Great vets. Moved to here from my previous vets due to high prices they were charging and not having a regular vet to talk to. What a difference, Richard and his team are great, also to Owain as well has he has been great with my cats recently. All the staff there are wonderful and understanding. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend for anyone with cats 5*
