  Useless, I would advise no stars if I could as our dog was taken to this so called vet and £300 later was no better off than if we had not bothered taken him at all. We now know that he has an incurable heart condition which was being managed by a prescribed medical programme which was diagnosed within the first visit of another vet. They may be convenient, but lack the competence of a basic vet, and are only good at slapping on a big invoice for doing nothing letting the animal suffer further. Shameful

  My family have been using Cedars since 2007, and I have continued to use Cedars since moving. My previous cat was always cautious around men, but he always ADORED Mark. Always came back chilled and never had a stressful vets trip. I now take my little rescue Bluey here, and after another great and easy trip today, I’ve got a very chilled cat at home! All the team are so lovely and accommodating and Always very welcoming and friendly; I couldn’t fault them at all. Mark especially goes above and beyond to help our furry friends. He even found some fascinating information about my cat’s heterochromia, and helped me with finding her a good sunblock for her white ears and nose in the summer months. Thank you Cedar Ferndown for your excellent service as always!

  Lovely receptionist friendly and warm unlike the vet who was the complete opposite. He showed no bedside manner and came across as arrogant. I left after 5 minutes in discussed, where he continued to argue with me in the reception, unbelievable. I contacted the Ringwood practice who were professional and perfect ( no egos here) and diagnosed the issue with my dog. After 40 years of dog ownership I’ve never experienced any vet like this. Stay clear.
