  I have been taking my pets to Collins for over 18 years and have never had any issues with them. Even my tortoise they were happy to try their best, even though it's not their speciality. Most recently my 8 year old Beagle ruptured his cruciate ligament. He was is agonising pain. Collins fit him straight in, they treated him with only essential treatment, no pumping up the bills unnecessarily like a lot of vets do. They kept him on until the referral vet could perform the surgery, which was cutting edge technique and he was walking out the same day. I had a problem getting medication into him, not a problem, they arranged for an injection of the antibiotics and pain meds so he didn't suffer. I'm so incredibly grateful to the whole team in Collins, from their professional and friendly service, to their assistance with claims forms and advice on all aspects of care. I have a special thanks to Kieran, the vet, who has been caring for our dog for years over a number of issues. They care so much for the animals they treat and go above and beyond to be transparent and reasonable.

  My cat needed a vet intervention after suffering from septic infection. Urgent app with very compassionate vet who understands the distress of the pet and the owner. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for taking care of Missy.
