Dart vale have not only looked after Frankie for nearly 8 of her 18 years; but they also looked after us at our absolute worst moment. This was the worst day of my life. I felt looked after from initial teary phone calls to collecting the ashes. They've always cared and made Frankie feel special, and that's everything to me. I am so very grateful.

Disappointing as I have recommended Dart Vale to people many times. I won't go into full details but here is a short breakdown: I emailed the vets months prior to my visit because my dog is flying abroad. Despite this her flea treatment was not in stock on the day which resulted in a subsequent visits. She was also given the wrong injection which means she had to have a repeat injection the next day causing her to seem down. I was then charged for a checkup which she did not need and was not agreed on the quote I was given before the appointment. Due to quarantine requirements timing it was critical all injections were given on specific days. Further to this my dogs blood test and official records had missing or incorrect microchip numbers. This would usually be as much of a problem but the import permit for my dogs flight was very specific. I had to get an exemption from the government hours before my dogs flight. The vets did acknowledge this and made steps to put it right. I would not have left a review and left it, however after that I received emails from the nurses team for one of the vets with other patients test results. I emailed reception to explain I think I received them in error please just check they are not sending me other patients details. I had no response and a few days later received another email with a patient's test results which were intended for the vet.

I recently had to have my beloved cat put to sleep. Dart Vale are amazing in their empathy and understanding. The vet immediately saw he was suffering and let him go over the rainbow bridge without prolonging it and causing unnecessary pain for both me and my boy. Today I received in the post a card individually signed by the staff with little messages including some forget me not seeds. This teared me up again but is tempered by the fact these guys really care! Thank you for everything and especially for ensuring marmalade had the least stressful and painless end of life.
