Took our dog for her vaccinations and booked to have her second round 4 weeks later on the way out at reception and the women confirmed our booking. Walked half an hour on the day of the second round for them to have lost our booking and send us to Bury St Edmunds branch.

Took my 12 week old pup to Eastgate for her 2nd jabs. They were perfect with her. The vet took time to check her over properly, gave me lots of advice, some of it breed specific too. An all-round great experience.

Had a lot of visits to Eastgate veterinary centre Thetford from 5th November to 11th December whe the dog finally went to rainbow bridge. Was fitted in at very short notice. 22nd December I was again fitted in at very short notice with my other dog. Everyone there is very sympathetic and polite and helpful. Thankfully this time my second dog has damaged her bicep. Thoroughly examined and she loved everyone. The sent me a card on the passing of my previous dog.
