Justyna is the most compassionate and kind vet I have come across. She saw Harvey on Sunday and confirmed his diagnosis of lymphoma, and we realised his condition was much worse than initially anticipated, we called her back today as we knew we wanted her to be part of the process just from Sundays interaction. She talked us through every step, what she was doing, why she was doing it, what it would do, what to expect, she went at our pace and there was absolutely no rush from her. She got me his paw print and some of his fur, and sorted the aftercare for us. She was so kind with Harvey with every interaction and we really cannot thank her enough for all of the compassion she has shown us and Harvey over the 2 days she came to us. Thank you again from all of us for your amazing care towards Harvey and making all of us feel at ease and making it a pain free, peaceful passing for Harvey 🧡

Our cat Daisy (14) had a nasty accident last weekend and Justyna arrived within ten minutes of calling her when our vets were closed over the weekend. Unfortunately, after a major surgery and further complications Daisy didn't recover well and we had to make the very sad decision to put her to sleep. We felt very supported by Justyna who has been great in keeping in contact with us all week and been on hand for advice/meds and same day visits where needed. When the time came, Justyna was very responsive and arrived within 5 minutes, everything was explained really well and done with such care and dignity, you can tell she really cares for her patients. Would highly recommend and will definitely contact for future services. Thank you

Wonderful friendly, professional support and advice from the lovely caring Justyna. A sad, horrible day saying goodbye to our beautifull cat Oscar, but a peaceful and painfree crossing over the rainbow bridge for him. Can't thank her enough for coming so quickly when we needed her. Compassionate and informative with no pressure to rush anything. Like having a friend in the house to help say our farewells. Can't recommended her services highly enough.
