They do an incredible job of looking after hedgehogs. This can range from injuries, infections, dehydration or malnourishment, releasing back to the wild and end of life care 😔 They run courses on caring for hedgehogs occasionally too, and they do it with a genuine love of these tiny animals.

Gave me valuable help over the telephone last year when Id rescued a baby hoggie that was out during the day. Have been a proud supporter of the Rescue ever since. The owners are so approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about their rescue and it's infectious! 5🌟

Found injured Hedgehog in garden this morning, called Pepper Field Farm to try and get some help and they couldn’t of been less interested, the guy said ‘take it to a vet’ we are NOT a hospital (although a hospital is exactly what they advertise as) I explained that I had no transport and lived just over 3 miles away, again wasn’t interested and again said take it to a Vet. Disgraceful conduct for a so say Rescue Centre. I sincerely hope they are not a Registered Charity! As a foot note contacted British Hedgehog Society who gave me the number of a wonderful lady in Newton Aycliffe who came and collected her and has since assured us that she is doing well.
