Took my daughters dog here once they said they could castrate him after year old, months late see he still had balls, after he was mounting our female dog. I called they said we will call you back days later nothing so I called again to be fobbed off with bring him in if your concerned but there will be a charger a joke charge you again for something they charged her hundreds for . They should have be concerned that they never done the job correctly in the 1st place . Just after your money . Avoid

An amazing team. These vets know their stuff. We recently lost our beautiful boy Peanut. Ian and i think stephen, sorry, i have forgotten names, tried everything to save our boy, they are informative and knowledgeable, unlike our previous vets. Ian and Sarah went above and beyond, on the day we lost Peanut. We will be forever grateful for the love and care they showed to not only us but also our beautiful boy Peanut. We have another frenchie, and they always sort out any problems Coco has. I highly recommend Fenwold. They are not all about money, unlike some. I asked for scans to be done on Coco, as i had some concerns after losing Peanut, and ian said, "You dont need them." If i had asked my previous vets, they would have happily charged me for them. That says it all as far as we are concerned. The whole team is friendly, thoughtful, and just completely lovely.

We are new to the area and one of the neighbours recommended here. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome when we went to our appointment. Amazing service!
