They were a very pleasant couple, who put me at ease and cared for my cat with the upmost professionalism and love. They fully explained the process throughout. I recommend them without hesitation, but please bear in mind that, understandably, they may not treat larger dog breeds anymore. Thank you to you both :)

I’d heard great things about the husband & wife duo that own this practice & I tried a few times to get my previous Westie Williow registered but their book was always full & I can see why, when I got my Westie puppy Elfwin in March this year I was lucky enough to get her registered with the practice. The first time I took her I was greeted like a friend, the practice is run from their beautiful home, a cosy little space that feels safe & friendly, no waiting room with antiseptic smells or other noisy pets, just a gentle calmness. After attending appointments for vaccinations, check ups etc I have to say they are a pretty amazing duo, very caring not only towards my little furbaby but they also show care towards myself, we chat like we’ve known each other for years, I never feel rushed at the appointments & for the first time going to a veterinary practice I don’t feel like a walking wallet! Highly recommend 👍😊

Would have given 0 stars if I could have! Vet wouldn’t take on our 11 week old puppy due to her breed which is a mixed breed but I said I think there’s Rottweiler in her to which he instantly referred to as an “agressive dog”! For a vet of 50+ years I am absolutely disgusted at his view of a puppy! There are no bad dogs! Just bad owners!!! …edit, 2years later this is a pic of the vicious beast. The vet was just plain wrong
