I’ve been with this practice for 45 years (previously Glenleigh) and in the past I have said that I wouldn’t go anywhere else but after recent visits to Garstons Trowbridge I have been disappointed, in particular with the lack of detail given on the invoices. If we were paying an invoice from a garage, electrician or plumber we would expect to see detail of what we were being charged for. The vet will have created an entry on the animals record so the hard work has already been done. For an insurance purposes that detail would have to be entered on the claim, so why doesn’t Garstons include the detail on invoices as well. Surely the paying customer is entitled to have something in writing?
