  Absolutely appalling care and only interested in money… my puppy had a small accident going back a month ago, I was given 3 different diagnosis in the space of a week and a half. Refused an x-ray and told me to go straight to amputation. I took her for a second opinion elsewhere and within 2 days she was seen, x-rayed and correctly diagnosed. And now due to vets4pets in Trowbridge negligence, my puppy has now got an incorrectly healed fracture and I have to find 6K for an operation to fix the problem vets4pets have caused.

  Absolutely shit company refused to cut my puppy's nails because he said my dog was looking around and they still expect you to pay my pet plan with has now been canceled strong advised not to use this company and go some were else

  I have been using Vets 4 Pets for nearly four years for my two doggies. I have always been really happy with the service and the staff who have always been great. Since Friday, I have been trying to get one of my doggies in and have been told when I can get them to answer the phone that all appointments have gone and that I have to ring at a specific time the next day, but cannot get to speak to anyone. This screams Doctors Surgery Lottery!!! Very very disappointing to be honest. When I tried to get an appointment today and again could not, I was told that they had taken over another practice and were busy. SO, their clients pets suffer because of their commercial decision, which most certainly is based on money. Maybe change the name to Vets 4 Money
