Rang to get cats booked in ‘the boss’ in her words, was immediately rude, ignoring this I then I asked where the vets practice was as I was unsure of the exact location in Morton and she replied in Morton. Asked again where about and she snapped and rudely expressed in Morton near co op. I simply stated there was no reason to be so rude I’m simply asking where abouts the surgery is I then got a long Winded explanation of she is the boss and we are not excepting you. Not a good start for a practice with low reviews
