Anna is so so kind and very welcoming to our golden Riley, he absolutely loves his acupuncture and we have seen significant improvements with his pain and allergy levels over the year+ we have visited. The best experience with animal Healthcare we have ever had, 1000% recommend

Anna is a wonderful person, she spent time putting my dog at ease and myself. She explained what she was doing and why. We discussed her needs, Anna then explained how to use the tincture. My dog hates the vets but I know that when we go again, she will be out of the car wagging her tale to see Anna.

We consulted Anna when our dear dog was experiencing an inoperable Mast Cell Tumour...our vet was happy for her to work with us to provide a combination of support and palliative care for little Hannah. Anna's warmth and kindness was in itself reassuring, and her calm and thorough approach when examining Hannah put us all at ease. She analysed the diet, supplements and history and gave us recommendations. We also took away a tincture which was formulated to Hannah's individual requirements, and whilst we know that there is no 'magic wand' that will cure Hannah's disease, she is definitely staying well, active and happy beyond expectations. We are staying in touch with Anna and will take Hannah to her for a follow up appointment to check her progress. This model of working, alongside the conventional vet, seems more effective and compassionate. There is a feeling that our dog is being treated as a creature with the potential to still enjoy her existence, rather than being subdued by conventional pain relief until the inevitable 'euthanisation'. We are deeply indebted to Anna and would recommend her to anyone who is facing the sad dilemma when a pet is mortally ill.
