Shelagh was brilliant on so many levels. Thinking about how we would deal with the passing of our Phoebe, I didn’t realise how comfortable and peaceful she could make it. It doesn’t remove the sadness, but was inclusive of all the family and pets, very transparent on the process, but most of all incredible respectful, delicate and calming. For those who are fortunate enough to be able to have the option, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Shelagh’s empathy and compassion made an extremely hard decision more palatable when she came to help our little Ralfie. It has been the toughest decision we have had to make as he was the true spirit of our home.
