  Fantastic vet practice. The Drop-in works well and I’ve never waited longer than 25 mins to be seen, even when the place has been packed. All the staff are lovely and really take their time to listen and explain options to you - I’ve never felt rushed and I often have a lot of questions for them!! They are also superb at answering emails and/or WhatsApps - I usually get a response within a few hours and it’s saved me bringing my cats in several times. When they do need to see the vet or have medication, the prices are really reasonable. Thank you Hall Court for looking after me and my fur babies!!

  We sadly had to let our little beloved dog go over the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago, the care & compassion that was shown to us every step of the way was second to none, Aimee walked us as a family through every step of the way, taking clippings of her fur and little footprints for each of us, we are beyond grateful for the care and compassion that was shown to us at such a sad time. We never felt rushed into a decision and we never felt judged. Thank you so much for looking after her.

  Absolutely wonderful vets, very professional and caring, went above and beyond. We lost our Reggie( westie) suddenly last week, which was a very upsetting day. But we were comforted by the fact that, that they done the very best for him. He came home today, such a caring and professional staff to the end. Thank you
