5 years agoI was recommended to get an appointment for my dog to have his vaccinations and was lucky to get an appointment on the 5th NOVEMBER 2020. This was my dog's first visit to an English vet and Mr. Harrison could not have been more considerate, attentive and kind. I would recommend him to everyone requiring a vet for their pets. I was most impressed.

5 years agoBooked me in for the completely wrong timeslot, even after I corrected them TWICE over the phone. My Siamese cat was seen for 5 minutes and stroked a little bit. Was told everything is fine (when it VISIBLY ISN'T) and then they tried to sell me some phony supplements. They then demanded 40 quid for the appointment and rushed me out of the building. Absolutely embarrassing.
