Took my cat with a injury on his leg most likely from Barbed wire they told us it was infected told us to buy a cone online for him and charged 87 quid didn’t bother to give him the medicine and left the cat carrier unlocked now my injured cat is roaming the streets without any medicine so went in with a cat and left without one top notch professional service

Totally disgusted. Took the dog in to get her dew claw removed. Nothing was done as it was decided she should be sedated and hv it removed on another day as she was stressed. However, over the weekend the dew claw came off on its own and I rang the vets to cancel the appointment. I was charged about £50 to get confirmation from the vet for consultation even though nothing was done. I don't mind paying for consultation if I was given advice, but I knew what was wrong with my dog and did NOT need a consultation. I needed the dew claw removed which did not happen.
