I had never experienced any problems with this vets, they’ve always been very good…until I took my dog before Xmas and saw a vet called Symeon. In his arrogance (failed to listen to me, despite my repeating the previous occurrence of the symptoms several times and requesting antibiotics) he gave a wrong diagnosis of a heart failure, prescribed heart medication and bluntly advised to PTS if no better in 2 weeks. I KNOW MY DOG and told this vet he’d had the problem before and that antibiotics cleared it up, but he refused to listen to me or give antibiotics. I went back again after Xmas and saw the original vet Marta, who was lovely but unfortunately since left the practise. She diagnosed a tooth infection which I knew all along. Wherever this Symeon is now, I hope he is morecareful to listen to owners but I doubt it very much as he struck me as very arrogant and uncaring, even to the extent of belittling his new colleague in front of me. After making a complaint, Holbeach & Fleet Vets refunded me the cost of the erroneously prescribed heart medication but not the consultation fee, which I am still annoyed about but the main thing is my dog is now fine and I didn’t to stress myself more by prolonging the drama.

I change to this practice after my cat was not treated properly at the previous vet. I took her here in a very bad state and after only 4 days of treatment she was improving so much, after she nearly lost the sight on one eye from the poor care she received at previous vet. I read reviews saying is pricey but I find the prices to be same like previous vet. Fit for the good vets that are working here, and the excellent service they provide. Really happy I choose them to take care of my girls. ☺️

We have 2 very nervous overseas rescue dogs and we have been so lucky to have found the absolute best vet ever. The whole team are amazing and have put so much effort into trust building and providing excellent levels of care. One dog had to come in last week for an operation and we were able to stay with her as she fell asleep and be with her in a private consultation room as soon as she woke and recovered. We are always listened to, nothing is ever rushed or trivialised and so much time and effort is taken to ensure the best levels of care. The other dog has transformed from a fear biter to seeing this vet as one of his favourite people. We are very grateful to have this level of support, you truly have transformed vet visits for us all, thank you
