There are some people who simply do their job — and then there are people like Debbie, who pour their heart into it. We feel so incredibly lucky to have this vet looking after our pet, because the care our dog receives here goes far beyond medicine — it’s filled with genuine love and compassion. Debbie has a truly special way about her. From the gentle way she greets our dog to the time she takes to reassure us as worried pet parents, she makes every visit feel personal and comforting. She never rushes, never makes us feel like “just another appointment,” and always goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is not only healthy, but happy and at ease. When we’ve been anxious, she’s been patient. When we’ve had questions, she’s been thorough and kind. And when our dog has needed extra attention, Debbie has stepped up without hesitation — checking in, following up, and making sure nothing is ever overlooked. That level of dedication is rare, and it means the world to us. You can see that this isn’t just a profession for her — it’s a calling. Knowing our dog is cared for by someone who treats her like her own brings us so much comfort and gratitude. We are endlessly thankful for Debbie and the entire team for the warmth, expertise, and heartfelt care going above and beyond time and time again. You saved our pets life due to your dedication and passion towards your vocation, thank you

I put one star because I should to put something Very upset because from the very first moment I took my cat in, I was given false hope that he would survive. They prolonged his agony as much as possible just to charge more money. It would have been better to tell me the truth from the beginning when I asked whether my cat was going to survive. Furthermore, when my cat passed away, I was told to call on Monday, which I did, to collect his ashes, but the clinic never called me back. They were quick to send a letter for the bill, yet they never phoned to say anything about my cat. When he was still alive, they called five or six times to give false hope — but afterwards, nothing. I will not trust a clinic like this again. I believe it is better to be honest about the reality of the situation rather than giving false hope.**

Fantastic vets surgery. Very clean and tidy - well organised. All staff are so friendly, professional, polite and helpful - receptionists, nurses and vets. Sadly, I needed an emergency appointment following Trixie's op - I didn't need to worry - I was given an appointment within 1 hour of contacting them. Highly recommend them!
