Yesterday I came to the surgery with a wildlife patient,sadly she needed euthanasia and I would like to thank the lady vet that saw us for her compassion and kindness at such a sad time. Thank you so very much,it really means a lot.

Our 1 year cat misty was transferred to here from millie vets on Friday 28th June 2024,, after a bite and,stomach pain , stayed In for 2 nights cannot praise the staff and care misty has received highly enough , we had regular updates and from Friday untill today all the staff have Been amazing from the vets , nurses and receptionist staff

I had to call these guys up after our beautiful 15 Yr old Patterdale terrier had a seizure lasting 15 minutes in my arms, the vet nurse who was on I think her name was Lucy (geordie lass) was really good with me on the phone and advised us what to do next. Unfortunately she didn't get any better during the night and we had to rush her up to the practice to be sent up into the sky, both the vet nurse and vet on duty were expecting us giving what had happened and they were really good with us and our dog from start to Finnish. Considering it was by far the worst night of my life I can't thank them both enough for there help. They made sure our pup was comfy and helped her pass onto the other side in the best way we all seen fit. Hats off to those guys as I couldn't do their job, we also weren't Charged a full consultation fee which has really helped.
