I visited the clinic on Saturday and was kindly accommodated at very short notice, which I deeply appreciated. My dog had two issues — otitis (an ear infection) and a digestive problem.
The ear issue was resolved immediately: we received a clear diagnosis and appropriate treatment was prescribed straight away. Regarding the digestive problem, the team took the time to listen to me very carefully and discuss the situation in detail. I am truly grateful for how attentively they considered everything I explained, even though English is not my first language.
I was given thoughtful, clear recommendations for the next few days, which gave me great reassurance. The staff were exceptionally attentive, compassionate, and professional throughout the visit. They also kindly contacted our veterinary clinic in Henley-on-Thames , where we are normally registered, and obtained my dog’s previous test results so they could make the most accurate and informed diagnosis. This support meant a great deal to me.
If I remember correctly, the veterinarian who looked after us was Richard, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for his calm and considerate approach.
