Marge and Dave have had such an amazing experience here! Costin, our vet, is very cool, so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He’s been there for us through Marge and Dave’s really tough start in life, never giving up and always reassuring me along the way. No question is ever too much, and that means a lot. I’ve also really appreciated how easy it is to get short-notice appointments when I’m worried about them. Thank you so much, Costin, for all your kindness, and to the lovely team at reception for always being so welcoming and comforting. You make every visit such a positive experience!

All staff have been exceptional! My two kittens (Bonnie/Ziggy) have been thoroughly looked after so far, I’ve not had a single problem each time I’ve booked them in and the nurses always make a fuss of them. Nothing has been too much trouble, the PetPlan has been a life saver, and I can’t fault any of the procedures/advice I’ve been given. Thank you!

Thank you for caring for my dog Mylo throughout his life, and for being so caring as we had to say goodbye. Thank you especially to Keren for making the whole process as comfortable and as peaceful as it possibly could be, and for reassuring us on our decision. He passed with his blanket and his favourite toys around him. Thank you also to the receptionists for lighting the candle in the waiting room as he passed and for letting us pay beforehand so we didn’t have to worry about doing it afterwards. We are going to receive his ashes along with his fur and paw/nose prints next week - I am so grateful that they offer these to have as keepsakes.
