I have been with Lanes Vets for years and I always see Andrea Westbourne who is an absolute credit to the company. I never have a problem getting an appointment and I am always greeted warmly when arriving. When one of my cats had a problem with his eyes Andrea tried a number of non evasive options to correct it and consulted with an eye specialist. Unfortunately he did need an operation in both eyes. This was done by Andrea who did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money as the eye specialist wanted more than twice what Lanes charged. She also kept me calm and never made me feel I was a neurotic cat mum!! Family and friends have joined Lanes at my recommendation and I would tell anyone they are the best vets in this area. If you need a vet don’t hesitate to join Lanes.
