We had to take my gelding as an emergency to liphook hospital and the minute he walked off the trailer we were both looked after . The staff are so kind, compassionate and professional. We thank Russel parker , Rosie , Lauren and the team for looking after Chento and being honest on his daily updates. Thank you all so much for being supportive throughout his stay.

My horse went in very badly lame and the vets are all super friendly, sending videos of my horse to me, and keeping my involved with every step. Thanks so much. :)

Ricardo was the vet appointed for putting our horse to sleep recently. He arrived 1 hour late to our appointment which we had booked in advance to reduce the stress for us and our horse. We were informed by the receptionist that Ricardo would arrive half an hour late, and when that half an hour passed we were phoned again by the receptionist to say Ricardo was around 20 minutes drive away. These circumstances were far from ideal on a stressful day. When Ricardo arrived he said "sorry I am late, where do you want it done" in an abrupt manner. This did not demonstrate empathy towards the stress and discomfort we were under considering the circumstances of putting our pet of over 20 years to sleep, and having to wait 1 hour from our original appointment time.
