We called on Thursday to book an appointment for our regular cat check up, surprisingly they had space for the very next day. We confirmed the appointment and got told see you tomorrow.
Upon arrival the receptionist who was the same person we spoke on the phone the previous day acted a bit suspiciously and said they don’t have the booking on the system as apparently this was an ongoing thing throughout the day. We asked if anyone would be available as myself and my partner left work early to make it to the appointment, but most importantly the cat gets very anxious when leaving the house, the entire experience makes his sick till the next day. No empathy or at least an effort was made to check with one of the vets if the cat could be seen.
Extremely disappointed, no professionalism was shown even though the mistake was done on their end.
