Very happy with this veterinary centre. We are new to the area and they’ve made us feel very welcome and secure. They kept my cat safe, all staff have a pure love and care for animals and staff are always happy to help, communicating clearly in person as well as through email or phone. Thank you!

We called on Thursday to book an appointment for our regular cat check up, surprisingly they had space for the very next day. We confirmed the appointment and got told see you tomorrow. Upon arrival the receptionist who was the same person we spoke on the phone the previous day acted a bit suspiciously and said they don’t have the booking on the system as apparently this was an ongoing thing throughout the day. We asked if anyone would be available as myself and my partner left work early to make it to the appointment, but most importantly the cat gets very anxious when leaving the house, the entire experience makes his sick till the next day. No empathy or at least an effort was made to check with one of the vets if the cat could be seen. Extremely disappointed, no professionalism was shown even though the mistake was done on their end.

Took my dog Charlie to the vets for his anal gland check up this week. As soon as Charlie enters the waiting room they make a big fuss of him. They are really friendly to both Charlie and to myself and my husband, nothing is to much trouble.
