Our lovely dog Bruce came in as an emergency last week but unfortunately didn’t make it. Thank you to everyone involved for being so kind and compassionate. Visited last night for an emergency call for our cat. Emily was just amazing, she was extremely thorough, answered any question we had clearly and with heaps of compassion. Like most people our cat is our whole world and we were worried sick. She put our minds at ease, gave us logical and reasonable next steps. Really cannot recommend her and the other staff enough. We were so impressed we're now registering with them over our usual vet. Thank you so so much.
