Too expensive as a company. Treatment pushy. Quotes wildly inaccurate. Have now gone to an independent practice and costs are acceptable

4 months agoStaff here are always so lovely. Especially my recent visit with my big fat formal feral boy. Coming over in the waiting area to talk to him and bring him treaties. The vet was so lovely! Even when he tried to climb the wall in the surgery! You can tell they all care deeply for animals, very glad I have them! Also the pet plan is fab. Privately his first visit would have been quite expensive but cost £19 for our first visit on the plan. Thank you 💕
