Absolutely disappointed. They told me to pay health plan in pet plan before going to the visit. But it didn't cover anything so i had to pay almost 50 quid for just a first vaccine. They expect us to know about health plan cover or insurance?? They didn't explain anything to me. I don't trust them anymore. Also, almost make me wait with the kitten in the street when i was at the exact time of my appointment. Very stressful for the cat in that busy road.

Cannot recommend this vet highly enough. Everyone on the team has always been friendly, clear and caring with us, and I have not once felt that the goal was to perform any extra treatment or make things complicated for the dogs. With our two dogs, we have seen already a couple of vets and one of them has had very bad experiences in the past. I first tried this vet with an emergency foster and was very impressed by the professionalism with which the whole team dealt with him, their patience as well as their non-judgmental attitude. That experience made me transfer our other two dogs to this vet, too, and even our fairly traumatised dog has had an overall good experience. Also, they have a backyard in which they can do face to face consultations with clients and ensure social distancing, which is very reassuring.
