I took my pet in today and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience with the receptionist. When I approached the desk, I was completely ignored despite standing directly in front of them. I want to note that the vet themselves was great — no issues there at all. After leaving the vet room, I went back to the desk and was ignored again. I actually had to speak up just to be acknowledged. Correct me if I’m wrong, but a receptionist’s role is to make clients feel welcome and informed — not invisible. I’ve honestly had better customer service in a self-checkout line. Considering the amount of money paid, I expect at least the bare minimum of courtesy. I hope this review is read and taken seriously, and that steps are taken to improve the front-desk experience.
