Always looked after my dog Mabel well. Cannot fault the vets or receptionists. Will never use another vets

With all but one of the four animals, the diagnosis was always wrong... the guinea pig's gallstones were passed, and instead of an ultrasound, they advised him to take him home... the guinea pig died the next night. The same with Cookie the rabbit. Emergency misdiagnosis - the depressed rabbit, the vet and the intern, teaching him what to do, only to have him stagger and wander away.... Anesthetics and a resuscitation were given, even though the rabbit had an appetite and was chewing around the office. The weight was incorrectly reported, 1 kg higher before the overdose of anesthesia was administered...!!! Unacceptable error. Zero suggestion of an ultrasound or blood test. Cookie passed away...another "veterinarian" with facial piercings is searching for causes with a Google diagnosis right in front of us, regarding guinea pigs!!! She was breathing loudly because of cysts, not a cold, which we learned a few months after the visit from a real vet during a dental procedure...after the procedure, she passed away...next-cash-next-urn...it's not worth talking about. The trauma still affects both of us today. You have blood on your hands.

I have recently had to use Vets4 pets when my beautiful cat Bailey fell ill suddenly. The vets were absolutely fantastic, so kind and sympathetic. Sadly he was too ill to be saved and had to be put to sleep, it was done with such respect. The nurses and receptionists were also great. Thank you x
