I can’t thank the staff at Medivet enough for their kindness they showed our elderly cat throughout his diagnosis. They made our experience better, and put us worried owners at ease from the beginning. Nurse Nicole and vet (I think Zoe) are clearly in their right profession!

If it were possible to leave no stars I would. I have just had a pretty bad experience at this practice. Registered a week previous and given an appointment. Kitten was booked in for immunisations and microchipping which I called the previous day to confirm. It was my first time out with my kitten so she was very nervous (as was I!) I took the afternoon off work to accommodate this appointment. When we arrived the either vet or vet receptionist said we couldn't be seen, as that time had been Double Booked! Now as disappointing as that was, well I do understand human error! These things can happen. So I kept asking. "What does this mean" to be repeatedly told "we can't see her" absolutely no alternative appointment was given, nothing at all! I just found him to be so flat and rude. I was waiting for an alternative solution, nothing. I only joined this surgery as it was a 7)8 minute walk from my home but I had been advised from locals NOT to do so as I didn't hear any good reviews from anyone in the area. But I foolishly ignored that mainly die to the locality and appreciate everyone has a different experience. My goodness I wish I had listened!! It's difficult registering and getting appointments for the weekend as always hugely booked up. So I am now left back to square 1, kitten cannot go out as still not microchipped and unable to take more time off work. A truly awful service (or non service in our case)
