My puppy Peggy (6 months old) recently had an operation after several vet visits and tests at the practice, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. Every single member of staff has been so kind and compassionate — from the moment you book an appointment, you’re greeted by such lovely, friendly people who immediately put you at ease. The vets and nurses are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, which made such a difference during a worrying time. They treated Peggy with so much love and made me feel completely confident that she was in the safest hands possible. After my experience, I truly wouldn’t take my fur baby anywhere else.
