If you are unfortunate enough to need the night time emergency service, I hope you are fortunate enough to get George.Went above and beyond for us and our baby boy at one of the most horrifying and stressful times ever. George, you are brilliant.

George was absolutely amazing and saved my little girls life. He went through every option with me following her eating some tin can and gave me all of the information so that I could make the most informed decision for her. He even rang back a few days after to check in on her. The level of care given to her was next level, and I could not be more grateful to George and his team.

My cat, Kiki, was taken in as an inpatient, early one morning, two weeks ago. To the Canterbury branch. She needed a lot of medical support. Including IV fluids, a feeding tube and a host of medications. The night vet and nurse on duty were very helpful with her. The vet (Lucie) fully explained the course of action following a thorough assessment. I felt I could trust all the staff I met during my cat's 4 days stay in the hospital. She was given great attention and care. Treated like a princess by all accounts! I'm pleased to say she is now home after making a good recovery. Thanks to all who cared for her.
