We took our dear Frenchie here on Sunday morning and want to thank all the staff for the kindness and compassion. Our boy had to be put to sleep sadly but it was clear the wonderful vet Jess made his welfare her one and only priority and she did everything she could for him and at least eased his suffering in his last few hours. Thank you so much for taking good care of him and we will be forever grateful. Wonderful people

I can't thank Dr Chloe, the night vet at Woodlands, enough for her care of our beloved dog, Giselle. Her sympathy, knowledge, approach and care was second to none. She was the only vet to call us when she saw that Giselle had been put to sleep and I am so grateful. If she had a practice of her own, we'd definitely travel from Cornwall as we thought she was amazing. She was the only one who was pragmatic, knew what she was talking about and gave us all the options quickly and efficiently. I felt reassured, even though, sadly none of us could have foreseen the result. The best vet I've seen for my dogs.
