My lovely little tabby cat Phoebe was referred to optivets after sustaining an injury to her cornea from a cat scratch that wasnt healing. The first thing that completely put me at ease was their calm demeanour and caring nature towards her (also, me). I had a very in depth consultation and plan of action which made me feel very confident that Phoebe was receiving the best care. I had a follow up appointment today with a very positive outcome that she is going to make a full recovery. I cannot recommend enough. The reception team were also so welcoming and accommodating.
