I’ve had a very disappointing experience at Orwell Veterinary Group. After a recent visit with my cat, I was shocked to receive an unexpected £93 bill for a consultation that should have been covered under my subscription. When I questioned this, I received no clear explanation, and the staff was unhelpful. The most frustrating part of this experience was dealing with the receptionist, Mitzi Staddon. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, even threatening to put a note on my file for being "difficult" when I politely challenged the charges. Her attitude was completely uncalled for, and it left a bad taste regarding the entire practice. I had trusted this clinic for years, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I would not recommend Orwell Veterinary Group, as it seems they care more about money than providing proper care and transparent service to their clients.
