The receptionists are lovely and friendly, but I can only say the same for a few of the vets/nurses. Some of the veterinary staff treat my dog as if she's vicious and dangerous and insist she needs to be muzzled, which always makes her MORE reactive and scared. She is all bark no bite to strangers and trying to shove a muzzle on her face terrifies her, no matter how much we try to train her to like it. If you have a "scary" breed and/or an animal that reacts defensively to strangers, I don't recommend taking them here. My dog is absolutely terrified to go into any of the consultation rooms because of how she's been treated here.
