She was an absolute star. Thank you for being so understanding! Also the vets we had seen on both Ernie and Jerry’s recent visits were so lovely, I didn’t manage to grab their names but thank you as well for helping and being so kind, too.

We had such a wonderful experience under very stressful circumstances. We had to rush in earlier than planned after our Labrador swallowed bait with a fishing hook in it at the beach. As you can imagine, we were completely panicked. From the moment we called, we were met with kindness and reassurance.
